Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. At mop sink next to loading bay doors, hose for water cooler with shut-off connected to mop sink faucet downstream of atmospheric vacuum breaker. PIC removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection.
