Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence --Observed multiple live adult and juvenile cockroaches on the floor to the left of the back delivery door. Person in charge receives bi-weekly pest control, invoices were verified on site with the last treatment done 7/28. Discussed having pest control increase the strength of their treatments to prevent further pest activity. Re-inspection will be conducted within 10 days to verify progress.
