Observed produce, including berries, pears, papayas, tomatoes, bananas and romaine lettuce being offered for sale that were moldy and/or in a state of decomposition. Food offered for sale shall be safe, unadulterated, and, as specified under § 3-601.12, honestly presented. Food was embargoed and discussed the condition of the produce with the PIC. Maintain premise free of insects and pests by eliminating harborage conditions such as spoiled produce and inspect the premises for evidence of pests.
