Observed the new, unused styrofoam plates used to package and sell raw meats to have an accumulation of blood and meat particles on multiple surfaces. Also observed there was have blood and particulate matter on the metal cart used to store the containers. Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. The PIC discarded the trays at the time of this inspection and instructed employee to wash and sanitize the metal cart. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
