Observed dirty and dusty fan guards in the walk-in freezer. Discussed with Person in Charge cleaning them at an increased frequency to prevent soil/dust build up. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment should be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
