Inspector's notes

Observed the atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) on the right mop sink faucet missing the cap. Informed PIC that the cap needs to be replaced, and the sink brought back into good repair. PIC submitted a work order for it at time of inspection. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
