Inspector's notes
In seafood display observed two different species of oysters (Pacific and Blue Point) held on the same tray in crushed ice. Oysters were from different harvest areas and harvested on different dates. Shellstock from one tagged or labeled container may not be commingled with shellstock from another container with different certification numbers; different harvest dates; or different growing areas as identified on the tag or label before being ordered by the consumer. Food employee separated species at time of inspection to different trays. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
