The bakery department had an issue with their 3 compartment sink a week ago. PIC will reached out to EcoLab to fix the dispenser. The bakery department will use the produce department's 3 compartment sink until the 3 compartment sink for bakery is repaired. A chemical sanitizer like quat ammonia, must have a concentration between 150-200ppm for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
