Multiple flies (10+) were observed throughout the retail area, especially in the hot case containing the packaged rotisserie chicken. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 4/8/26

The packaged rotisserie chicken was at 112°F in the hot case. Chicken was also about 30 minutes past its discard time. Per the manager, chicken is held in the hot case near checkout and will then be repurposed. All TCS foods improperly hot held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. See embargo. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

PIC stated the flies originated in the deli and the issue was resolved but the flies migrated to other areas. Discussed the health significance of maintaining kitchens free of pests.
