Observed some black organic buildup inside of the soda nozzles near the drive thru and in the dining room when wiped with an alcohol wipe. All food contact surfaces must be kept clean to sight and touch. Please maintain clean prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Cut lettuce held using time as a control was 20 minutes beyond the discard time at 68°F. Cut tomatoes were observed with a new expiration sticker placed over an old sticker. Tomatoes were 30 minutes beyond their original discard time and at 56°F. Food was embargoed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
