Observed cooked Boba with internal temperature measured 78*F, per PIC cooked Boba is under time as a control in the establishment. Label showed on the container was 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, and it's 1.5 hours passed the discarded time at time of inspection. PIC discarded the Boba voluntarily at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
