Observed the dishes air drying, with no sanitizer connected at the 3 compartment sink. Management stated that they had run out and were waiting on the new supply to come in the following day. Discussed using Chlorine bleach for sanitizing instead. PIC grabbed a container of bleach and diluted the water in the 3-compartment sink to 50ppm. Employee sanitized all dishes. All equipment and utensils must be sanitized before/after use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
