Observed the men's restroom closed off due to clogged toilets and urinals. There is no active sewage back up. PIC stated that they have put in a service request to fix the issue. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed a large red sticky puddle on the floor in the back of the establishment where the soda machine hook ups are located. Observed ice cream cones, hot dog buns, wrappers from product, dirt, and other debris underneath the shelving racks and equipment in the back of the establishment in soda hook up room. Informed PIC that these areas need to be cleaned and continue to be cleaned at a rate which precludes the accumulation of dirt and debris in the establishment. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed more than 20 drain flies flying around the back area of the establishment. Observed rodent feces inside the wall opening in the back of the establishment. Informed PIC that the pest problem needs to be eliminated by being serviced by a certified pest control applicator prior to re-inspection. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 01/27/2025.
