Observed various tcs foods in temperature danger zone in employee kitchen area reach in refrigerator. Indie the unit with not covers or tops were containers of cooked salmon at 55*F; cheeses at 50*F; cooked potatoes at 50*F; tofu at 50*F. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC and employee confirmed internal temperatures. No temperature logs were completed for today. Ambient temperature inside the unit is at 38*F with min/max thermometer. Per employee most of the tcs foods listed were placed into the unit at 8am. Time of inspection is 11am. PIC moved all tcs foods to working upright refrigerator to cool to 41*F within 1 hour. ==== Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
