Observed two spray bottles unlabeled and improperly labeled in underneath cabinets. PIC informed that the unlabeled bottle is filled with water and the bottle labeled 'water' is filled with Windex. Informed PIC that bottles with chemicals must be labeled with the correct name of the contents. The bottles were properly labeled with the contents name at time of inspection. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
