Observed in house sweet glaze (containing cream cheese) at 46°F in reach in near front counter. Ambient temperature was observed at 46.5°F, according to inspector's min/max. Per PIC, sweet glaze was made on 5/8, and had been in reach in since. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Advised PIC all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
