Observed pinkish/grey slime on ice deflector of Ice machine by three compartment sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Observed un clean container holding tongs for pickles. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Surfaces are to be cleaned at regular intervals to prevent build of dirt or other debris. Operator cleaned ice machine during inspection.
