Observed wraps, salads, and yogurt parfaits in 3-door beverage refrigerator, with an internal temperature of 44-46*F. Person in charge stated foods were cooling and prepared within 2 hours of inspection. All foods should be cooled in equipment designed with the capacity to cool TCS foods. Person in charge to have staff prepare items the day prior and hold in unit only. 3-501.15 (B) - Core: Cooling Methods; Covered and Properly Arranged Containers.
