During inspection observed 2 dead roaches behind the prep table near the warewashing area. The person in charge had an employee clean the area. Please ensure the facility is maintained free of dead pest. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-501.111 (C) - Priority Foundation: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence Addl Notes: During inspection observed multiple live roaches (more than 6) in the warewashing area, dry storage area behind the equipment in the cookline. Per the person in charge the live roaches will be removed from the establishment. Please ensure to maintain the establishment free or pest at all times. 1st consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Ensure to reseal the specified areas to create a smooth and easily cleanable surface. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
