New permit inspection for the Catering Permit. Inspected Vehicle, Cambros and verified hand wash sink presence and functioning. Cambro has a continues flow spigot and hand soap was present.When conducting catering operations make sure the following items are in order:1). You have a hand wash set up ready that meets the minimum requirements below:a). Insulated container (like Igloo or Tea Cambro)b). At least 5 gallons of tempered water (95-105 degrees).c). A continues flow spigot so you can set it open and close it after the hand wash is complete.d). A catch bucket.e). Soap and Paper towels.2). If outside catering occurs you will have to make proper calls on whether to serve food or not in relationship to the weather.3). Make sure to provide lighting if serving after or before sunset/rise.All food must to be prepared in the restaurant, then transported to the event location where it can be served out.No meats will be cooked on site.Note that catering is defined by law as a food establishment where a pre-arranged number of meals and/or food products are prepared at one permitted premise for immediate service and consumption at another pre-arranged location. In general, there are no individual monetary transactions at the serving site with the exception of County Registered Farmers Markets and Special Events after registering with the event coordinator.
