Large sheet tray of egg rolls-111-129F on the stove. Employee stated that the egg rolls were recently made and had been left on the stove while a delivery was being delivered. Observed in use low temperature chlorine dish machine with 0ppm Chlorine sanitizer with establishment and inspector test strips. Checked with Person in Charge about 6 times. Primed unit and still at 0ppm chlorine concentration. PIC and team will be rewashing all food contact equipment using functional three compartment sink with Quat sanitizer. Directed PIC and employees to not use machine unit food safe concentration of 50ppm-100ppm.===Food Safe concentration of Chlorine is 50ppm-100ppm.
