Provided information on the plumbing requirements for the RO systems. Please remove the tank and drain line that is directly plumbed to the waste line of the 2-compartment sink. Filters that have the drain line connected to the waste line of the 2-compartment sink must be replaced to filters that do not require flushing.

Observed inside upright black hot box with cooked rice inside with stored tin foil over container. Internal temperature showed cooked rice at 122*F multiple times with inspector thermometer. Notified employee. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC confirmed internal temperatures and indicated to employees to reheat cooked rice to 165*F. =====Except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time is used as a control all TCS food to be maintained at 135°F or higher. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
