Inspector's notes

Observed peeling ceiling tiles over prep surfaces and a sink not mounted and caulked to the wall. Discussed adding cove base to all of the base floor junctures. Also observed a small roof leak near the hand-washing sink. Establishment to replace the ceiling tiles, mount and caulk the sink, place cove base, and repair the leak. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
