Final construction inspection for a Class Food Jobber permit was conducted with construction team and RS# 1317 and RS# 1274 by appointment. The establishment was closed and not operating at time of inspection. This establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Fees paid up to this inspection approval do not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so. Payment with a credit/debit card can be made on-line via select “Pay a Fee” at esd.maricopa.gov. Please note that if you select payment via online, the annual operating permit fee invoice may take up to 7 business days to post online. Also, checks and money orders are accepted via US Mail. If you select payment via US Mail, for further instructions please refer to the printed invoice. No operating permit is valid, until the permit fee is received by the Department. Liquids must bead on the concrete flooring. 4) Plumb the overhead trough system to the nearest floor sink and provide a 1" minimum air gap. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. Construction inspection for a Class 2 Food Jobber permit was conducted with construction team and ownership team by appointment. The project is approximately 95% complete. The facility is approved to stock and train. Please address the following items prior to the completion of the project: 1) Fill all saw cuts in the walk-in coolers, dry storage areas, ice machine areas, and mop sink area. 2) Caulk-in all escutcheon plates and plumbing penetrations. 3) Caulk the cove base in the walk-in cooler units. At the final construction, ensure hot water measuring 120' F minimum is provided to the plumbing system and all refrigerators are on and measuring at 41' F or below. Equipment inspection for a Class 2 Food Jobber permit was conducted with construction team and ownership team by appointment. The project is approximately 85% complete. Please address the following items prior to the completion of the project: 1) Fill all saw cuts in the walk-in coolers, dry storage areas, ice machine areas, and mop sink area. 2) Trough, gutter, or wrap all horizontal condensate runs in the walk-in coolers. 3) Provide the drain pans in the dry storage area, as discussed. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Construction inspection for a Class 2 Food Jobber permit was conducted with construction team, ownership team, and RS#'s 1274 and 775 by appointment. The project is approximately 70% complete. Please address the following items prior to the completion of the project: 1) Provide a smooth washable ceiling above the mop sink area, soda bag in the box area, and ice machine area. The condensate waste lines in the dry storage room must be sufficiently wrapped with foam and vinyl. All other waste lines will need to be guttered or troughed. 2) Trough, gutter, or wrap all horizontal condensate runs in the walk-in coolers. The next inspection is scheduled for Tuesday September 5th, 2023. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
