Observed employee not washing hands after using the restroom. Manager had employee immediately wash their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring inside the restroom and also when entering the kitchen, whenever using the restroom.

Observed ice inside the hand sink basin. Manager removed the ice. Ensure there is no other tasks done at the hand sink besides washing hands. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
