2nd consecutive violation. In the meat display case, observed raw ahi tuna stored on the display shelf above the cooked seafood salad and cooked shrimp ceviche. All raw foods must be stored below ready to eat foods and in a manner that will prevent the risk of cross contamination. Manager had foods moved to proper storage. Instructed manager to reach out to the diagram team to ensure that the diagram is fixed. This will help prevent additional violations. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
