Observed several small flying insects near sinks and drains. Predefined Comment: Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and continue to obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist. Person in charge provided pest control invoices for 7/31 and 8/12.
