Observed roasted potatoes, steamed chopped broccoli, chopped roasted pork, in shallow pans with an internal temperature of 111-128*F. Steam table with 1/4 inch of water in holding bed. Person in charge stated food was prepared and served within 2 hours prior to inspection and voluntarily discarded at end of service. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(1) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot Holding. Observed several small flying insects near sinks and drains. Predefined Comment: Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and continue to obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist. Person in charge provided pest control invoices for 7/31 and 8/12.
