Observed commercially package burger in walk in cooler at 45*F. Cold hold to be 41*F or lower. As per the person in charge the fans in the cooler were turned off to allow for stocking. Temperature decreased to below 40*F during inspection. Advised staff to keep fans going in food storage area while stocking the beverages. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed multiple food items in walk in cooler at customer self-service doors stored in an ambient temperature of 53*F. Chicken and Swill microwaveable sandwich was observed to be at 51.5*F. As per the manager of store items in the area were discarded. See embargo for for listing of items. Cold hold of food must be stored at 41*F or lower. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

Observed section of walk in cooler for beverages and food items on site with one condenser and fan area not functioning. Using a min/max thermometer and metal probe thermometer the ambient temperature of the unit storing food items was at 53*F, the other areas were holding at 39-41*F. Equipment must be at a consistent temperature that can maintain food at 41*F or lower. Manager stated a work order had been issued and contacted District Manager for repair. Reinspection to be completed on or before Thursday, February 15, 2024 to verify unit is able to hold temperature control for safety foods at 41*F.
