Inspector's notes

In the dairy/juice reach in cooler, observed a gallon of milk at 50*F, prepackaged milks at 48*F, prepackaged yogurts at 46*F, and individual prepackaged butters at 48*F. Cooler was holding at 46*F on inspectors min/max thermometer. All foods were placed in the unit less than 4 hours prior and were moved to the walk in to cool. All equipment used for TCS foods must be kept at 41*F or below. Cooler was turned down at time of inspection. Instructed manager to have the cooler monitored to ensure it remains at or below 41*F before placing TCS foods back into the unit.

Employee was able to clean out the water in the drain, and snake the drain, and removed the blockage.
