Observed two packages of sliced cheese singles and an open container of pickles stored in a stand-alone fridge unit that was slightly open due to a hanging apron at 68*F. The operator stated the food was placed there that afternoon at 1pm, and the operator was informed that all TCS items must be kept at 41*F or below. The food items were voluntarily discarded at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at the time of inspection.
