Observed organic residue buildup on the interior of the soda gun nozzles. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Discussed cleaning frequency of soda gun nozzles with person in charge. Please ensure that soda gun nozzles are cleaned on a regular basis. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
