Observed two unlabeled spray bottles filled with clear liquid near the bar and server station. After discussion with the person in charge it was determined the bottles were filled with cleaner. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. The spray bottles were labeled at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Toro has a variance approved for ROP Vacuum Packaging, but according to their Variance/HACCP plan Seafood is not included nor is it approved. ROP Salmon and tuna was embargoed at time of inspection. Discontinue ROP of fish unless approved. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
