Observed kitchen's sole hand sink hot water pedal inoperable at time of inspection. Pedal to run cold water was still operable. Hot water was still able to be turned on by reaching under the sink and turning the knob for the hot water instead of using handless pedals. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
