Inspector's notes

Observed large walk in cooler along south wall of business had two sections of fans/condensers unable to maintain 41*F or lower. Ambient temperature in back portion of walk in cooler was observed to be 52*F with max/min thermometer. First set was at 38*F. Operator attempted to lower temperature and was only able to drop to 48*F. Repair company was contacted. Foods may be stored in separate walk in cooler in meat department. Temperature control for safety foods were embargoed and discarded at time of inspection. Will return on 7/11/2025 to check status of cooler. Reinspection to be on 7/18/2025 to verify walk in cooler has been corrected. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
