Observed a cold water tap at the 3-compartment sink on the right side of the sink that when turned on, began to spray water straight up and onto the wall. Discussed with person in charge to fix the sink faucet at the 3-compartment sink. Also observed a handwashing sink next to the 3-compartment sink with low water pressure. Discussed with person in charge to fix the water pressure for the handwashing sink. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
