Observed cut cabbage cold holding at internal temperature of 47-48 deg F in cabbage retail bins stored along with whole heads of cabbage. Manager informed the cabbage had been in bins for a short time prior and placed in walk in cooler for rapid cooling. This is the second consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
