Do not use this cooler until it maintains TCS foods at 41F. The unit was not in use at the time of inspection and only contained a gallon of expired milk. Coolers cannot be stored on carpet.

Inspector's notes

Packaged tofu, rice and quinoa, udon noodles, vacuum-packaged garlic, and stir-fried noodles were observed held in an open cooler in the produce area at 57F. All were labeled as perishable keep refrigerated. The garlic was labeled to be held below 41F. Packaged guacamole was in the same area being held at 51F-44F. Product was also labeled to be kept refrigerated. The fan for the cooler was off. The manager turned the fan back on and lowered the shelves.
