THIRD CONSECUTIVE. Observed peeling paint of a metal rail above the meat packaging table. Alerted the manager, who plans to strip the peeling paint and resurface and seal affected areas. SECOND CONSECUTIVE. Observed open electrical and broken raw concrete aggregate underneath the farthest meat display table nearest the spices in the meat department. The manager stated that they were currently undergoing construction and would have the electrical wires properly protected and the aggregate sealed shortly. Also observed a small drip from one of the cooling units above the meat department's cold room. The dripping water was not near any open food, and all meat was cold, holding under 41°F. The manager plans to have the unit serviced sometime this week. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
