E&D, Class 2 10+, North East Bar Suite Level B OC inspection was conducted with the managers, Rich and Pia. Walked with RS 1128 and RS 848. The establishment is not operating at the time of inspection.The person in charge must be a certified food protection manager and presence at the site at all operational hours.Food handlers must have food handlers’ and all food handlers and managers’ certifications and available at site for inspection purpose.Permit is approved.
