Observed quaternary ammonium sanitizer bucket with a concentration reading 400+ PPM at time of inspection. Discussed approved use of sanitizers with the person-in-charge (PIC). Sanitizer must be used at concentrations and in an approved manner per manufacturer instructions, 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020. Sanitizer was diluted by PIC to approved levels at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

E&D, Class 2 10+, Suite Level B West Bar 334 OC inspection was conducted with the managers, Rich and Pia. Walked with RS 1128 and RS 848. The establishment is not operating at the time of inspection.The person in charge must be a certified food protection manager and presence at the site at all operational hours.Food handlers must have food handlers’ and all food handlers and managers’ certifications and available at site for inspection purpose.Permit is approved.
