Inspector's notes
Observed the beer taps dripping into a metal pan. PIC stated that they catch the excess in a pan due to the beer leaking onto the floor if it goes down the drain line. Upon further observation, the drain line is flexible and does not reach to the floor drain. Informed PIC that the drain line needs to be lengthened and secured so that the beer tap can drain properly into the floor drain. PIC input work order request at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
