Per person in charge (PIC), nacho cheese is reheated in kitchen and was reheated within an hour prior to inspeciton. PIC reheated nacho cheese at time of inspection. Discussed proper hot holding temperature at time of inspection. All TCS food held hot must be maintained at 135*F or above at all times. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
