Inspector's notes

At the handwashing sink, the soap available could not be used to due its packaging not allowing soap to be dispensed. Person in charge was able to get a soap that was able to dispense. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the hotdogs and popcorn being served to customers as self service with no sneeze guards or consistent monitoring of service by an employee. Customer self-service operations of open food must be protected by sneeze guards, else all service operations must be monitored by a dedicated staff member at all times. Person in charge (PIC) covered the food with foil at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
