Inspector's notes
Observed the floor sink under the ice machine with standing dirty water that would not drain. Maintenance unable to repair the drain during the inspection. Discussed the requirement to close the kitchen if an active backup happens and wastewater begins to flow out of the floor sink and onto the floor. Improper disposal of waste provides a potential for contamination of food, utensils, and equipment and, therefore, may cause serious illness or disease outbreaks. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.

Walked with Cameron from Levy to look at modification to this stand and stand located on suite level. No remodel is required for reach cold cases. New counters/modification to old counter are approved. No hand wash sink is required in these areas as long as scooping, portioning, or packaging of food/drink items occur during service.No county legal action will result from this inspection.
