Observed an employee wipe hands with a surface sanitizer wipe several times in place of proper hand washing. Handwashing process must take 15-20 seconds with warm water, hand soap, and paper towels. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Portable hand washing station did not have any paper towels while mixed drinks with ice and garnishes were being prepared. Paper towels must be available at hand washing sinks at all times. Person in charge (PIC) provided paper towels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance.
